Z61H forged steel internal thread gate valveThere are three types of valve cover designs. The first type is bolt type valve cover. According to this design, the valve body and valve cover are connected by bolts and nuts, and wrapped with gaskets (made of 304 clip flexible graphite). When customers have special requirements, metal rings can also be used for connection. The second design form is a welded valve cover. According to this design form, the valve body and valve cover are connected by threads and fully welded sealed. When customers have special requirements, fusion welding connections can also be used. The third type is a pressure self tightening valve cover. Valves designed in this form have a threaded connection between the valve body and cover, and are sealed with an internal pressure self sealing ring Flange end valves are suitable for gate valves, globe valves, lift check valves, swing check valves, and ball valves.
Characteristics of Z61H forged steel internal thread gate valve
1. Full diameter or reduced diameter;
2. Clear pole with bracket;
3. Filling pressure sleeve with automatic centering at both ends;
4. Use spiral wound gaskets for bolt type valve covers, threaded sealed welded valve covers, or self sealing valve covers
5. Reverse sealing of the body;
6. Socket welding ANSI/ASME B16.11;
7. The threaded end (NPT end) shall comply with ANSI/ASME B1.20.1.
